The start to a new me

On January 5th 2013 I weighed in for the first time for a challenge that I joined. A group of men and woman from my mommy/daddy group decided that we were going to get together to do a "Biggest Loser" weight loss group.
This is going to be a challenge for all of us. We are going to weigh in every two weeks. My goal is to lose 120 pounds total.

My starting weight was 257.8

I have a membership at the YMCA hoping to visit daily
I have the myfitness pal app that is pretty awesome and helps to keep track of your intake and activity.

I plan to blog about my adventure to a new me. Hoping to write daily but there is no guarantee since life always gets in the way lol
